The achievement of this aim will contribute to the enhancement of educational quality in the different forms of e-learning (always in compliance with the ESG). Consequently the proven achievement of desired learning outcomes and competencies will also increase the trust and reliability in these forms of education provision. In order to identify the essential elements for a proper evaluation this paper first presents the overall structure and aims of TeSLA project after which it discusses in more detail the QA methodology applied in the evaluation of the TeSLA system.
