Second it describes the very recent initiative of statewide ministry funded project which gathered most of public HEIs from Czech Republic to discuss the most pressing issues regarding QA of these programmes. Third based on the ground provided by the probe into the policy making area and experiences gathered from the statewide project it raises policy making questions which transcend the scope of Czech Republic and proposes an innovative approach pertaining to accreditation of one common model of international cooperation which is largely criticized yet also widely spread throughout the European area.
