Presenting the case of a complex Student and Graduate Panel Monitoring – a framework of integrated surveys for students and graduates at different stages in the student life-cycle that is also combined with other data sources – the authors show how quality assurance instruments can be used for predictive purposes provided that they are constructed in a specific way.
