The aim of the study is to show the impact of the external evaluation results on Babeş-Bolyai University Cluj-Napoca Romania and how the institution developed the implementation process of the recommendations that the assessment teams have made in 2009 and 2012. Findings lead to the idea that the integration of different perspectives on quality and of all conclusions drawn by the evaluation teams brings many benefits to the development of the management process and quality culture of universities.
