A call for contributions for the 2026 European Quality Assurance Forum is now open.

The 2026 European Quality Assurance Forum – ‘Quality assurance for skills, entrepreneurship and innovation: Partnering with the world of work’ – will bring together higher education and quality assurance stakeholders to explore how QA can support institutions in responding to evolving labour markets and strengthening their contribution to innovation and societal development. This year’s conference will take place at the National Polytechnic University of Armenia on 18-20 November.

In a context marked by technological transformation, demographic change and the green and digital transitions, employment patterns are shifting rapidly. This year’s EQAF will examine how quality assurance frameworks and processes can enhance institutional adaptability, foster meaningful stakeholder engagement and act as catalysts for innovation.

EQAF provides a platform for discussion, professional development and exchange of experiences among the main stakeholders in QA. Specifically, the Forum is of interest to rectors/presidents/vice-chancellors and vice-rectors/vice-presidents/pro vice-chancellors responsible for QA, QA officers in higher education institutions, students, QA agency staff and researchers working on higher education or the QA field.

Therefore, the EQAF Programme Committee is pleased to invite submissions of proposals related to this year’s theme. The deadline to submit proposals is 21 June 2026.

If you are interested in submitting a proposal, you can choose between three types of contributions: paper presentations, workshops and poster presentations.

For full details on the type of contributions sought and the submission process, please carefully read the call for contributions.
