The Lifelong Learning Platform will celebrate the 15th edition of the Lifelong Learning Week (LLLWeek) from 8-12 December and will explore five different priorities for the education sector: Investment, Inclusion, Innovation, Internationalisation, and Intermediaries, across more than 20 workshops, events and networking moments.
The week will start with the EU Lifelong Learning Stakeholders' Forum, running in the afternoon of Monday 8 December, and will assess the next EU budget and its capacity to be inclusive and support all learners in their lifelong journey. The opening reception that will follow will celebrate the 20th anniversary of LLLP with the launch of a renewed Manifesto for Lifelong Learning.
Through this fivefold theme, the Lifelong Learning Platform aims at exploring all facets of lifelong learning and the challenges that education stakeholders are facing. Each day will have a hosting MEP and different workshops will address different angles and - hopefully - provide an answer to many questions .Are our education systems inclusive enough? What innovative practices are there in terms of pedagogies? Are we keeping up with the pace of technological innovation? Is learning mobility a plus or should it be an integral part of every learning journey? What can we do to support teachers, educators and civil society at large?
Take a look at this year’s programme and register for as many events as you want.
