The call for applications for the NEWLEAD focus groups is now closed. Applicants will be informed of the call results in due time.
The call for participation in the NEWLEAD focus groups on leadership development and institutional transformation in higher education is now open to senior leaders at European higher education institutions. The deadline is 21 November 2021.
Two focus groups will offer an opportunity for senior leaders to further enhance their leadership skills by discussing and reflecting on disruptive transformation at their institutions. They will enable mutual learning and support senior leaders who are seeking to become more agile, creative and innovative in steering universities. The activities are organised under the Erasmus+ funded NEWLEAD (Innovative Leadership and Change Management in Higher Education) project.
The groups will also provide opportunities to exchange on institutional leadership development set-ups and tools used to advance institutional transformation. The focus groups will be organised in-person, with the first one taking place on 9-10 December 2021 at University Ramon Llull in Barcelona, Spain.
For more information on the envisaged activities and the terms and conditions for participation, please consult the call for participation. Interested applicants are invited to fill in the online application form before the deadline. Submissions will be reviewed on a rolling basis, hence we encourage those interested to apply as early as possible.
