Public consultation on Europass

The European Commission has launched a public consultation linked to the currently ongoing evaluation of the Europass Decision 2018-2022. The objective of the consultation is to gather evidence about the take-up and wider impact of Europass on the European labour market and skills and lifelong learning policies.

Respondents’ feedback on their experience with Europass and the usefulness of its tools will help the Commission further improve the Europass services. Contributions are welcome from all citizens and organisations, including:

• Europass end-users, e.g. learners, workers, job seekers and volunteers
• Stakeholders, such as education and training providers, guidance practitioners, employers, public employment services, social partners, youth work providers, youth organisations, volunteer organisations, non-governmental organizations and policymakers
• EU stakeholder groups and Europass operational partners, including the National Europass Centres and the Europass Advisory Group

The consultation is open through this online questionnaire from 06 December 2022 until 28 February 2023
