"Bologna and the Move Towards a European Higher Education Area: The Surprising Success of an Educational Vision?", 25-26 April, Hanover

31 January 2019

The European University Association, the German Rectors’ Conference and the Volkswagen Foundation cordially invite you to the international symposium "Bologna and the Move Towards a European Higher Education Area: The Surprising Success of an Educational Vision?" which will take place on 25-26 April 2019 at Herrenhausen Palace in Hanover, Germany.

In  1999 France, Germany, Italy, and the United Kingdom shared the common vision to establish a European Higher Education Area. Now, twenty years later, 48 countries have joined the initiative that became a success story. The European University Association, the German Rector’s Conference and the Volkswagen Foundation would like to use this as an opportunity for a critical review of past and present achievements and a debate on future perspectives.

It would be a great pleasure for us if you could take part in the symposium.
