A new EUR 9.3 million ASEAN-EU higher education programme, SCOPE-HE, seeks to improve sustainable connectivity between the EU and ASEAN and within ASEAN.
The action will also support people-to-people connectivity, notably in the area of higher education and research, and address the digital gender divide. SCOPE-HE will integrate environmental sustainability, decent work and climate action e.g. through activities promoting green practices and international labour standards across value chains, inclusive green job creation and the development of green skills; thus contributing to the promotion of the twin green and digital transitions while leaving no-one behind. The action follows up the EU Share programme, to which EUA has been contributing in several rounds.
In connection with the SCOPE-HE programme, the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), one of the partners, has announced a vacancy to fill at its Jakarta Office. The application deadline is 31 January 2024.
