NEWLEAD project new publication Leading change in diversity and cross-cutting challenges

The NEWLEAD project consortium published a new workbook focused on Leading change in diversity and cross-cutting challenges.
Developed by Ramon Llull University and Crue Spanish Universities, this is the first of a series of hands-on reports collecting good practices that can serve as a guide for European HEIs in their institutional transformation processes.
This work explores the transformational impact of integrating the Sustainable Development Goals in the university’s missions and activities. The case studies describe some of the challenges that higher education leaders face in this context, such as governance and coordination, institutional culture, awareness and visibility, training and development, and data collection and analysis.
The workbook pays attention to the role of the different higher education stakeholders, including sector representatives, and features additional content such as a video testimonial of the Catalan universities’ common action plan for the implementation of the 2030 Agenda.
