The European Students’ Union (ESU) has launched a statementto unify the students of Europe and clearly state the European learners’ priorities for both the upcoming elections as well as the future work of the Members of the European Parliament.

The following topics have been outlined as vital for both the upcoming elections as well as the mandate following it:

  1. Inclusive higher education
    • Access to EP funded projects for marginalised groups
    • Access to education for migrants of both refugee and non-refugee backgrounds
  2. Academic and press freedom
  3. High quality and sustainably funded higher education

Starting from January, ESU released a campaign called #VoteForEducation to raise awareness of the students’ concerns which are tackled on their statement and calling for a massive turnout among students.

To support ESU's demands, download the visuals to support the campaign and share them through your Social Media accounts tagging @ESUtwt (Twitter, Instagram) and @Europeanstudents (Facebook).
