The EUA Council for Doctoral Education (EUA-CDE) has opened a call for applications for its Steering Committee.
The EUA-CDE Steering Committee guides the preparation and implementation of the EUA-CDE work programme. By working closely with the Secretariat, members advise on future activities and identify emerging trends and priorities in doctoral education. The Steering Committee meets three to four times per year.
The EUA Board will establish a nominations committee. It will be the responsibility of the committee to prepare a shortlist of candidates for consideration by the EUA Board. EUA-CDE Steering Committee members will be appointed for a period of three years, which can be renewed one time. The nominations committee will seek candidates who are diverse in terms of institutional and disciplinary background, geography and gender.

The new members will begin their mandate in September 2022.
