Call for participation: EUA-CDE Thematic Peer Group on “Co-tutelles and Joint Doctorates”
Thematic Peer Groups (TPGs) organised by the EUA Council for Doctoral Education (EUA-CDE) provide participating member universities with an opportunity for mutual learning on selected topics. They contribute to a common knowledge base on doctoral education structures, policies and practices in Europe.
The 2020 EUA-CDE Thematic Peer Group will be dedicated to the topic of co-tutelles de thèse. This TPG will discuss the different approaches that have been applied in Europe in this area and will focus on the collection of innovative practices and alternative forms of collaboration. In addition, attention will be devoted to the main challenging issues associated with these agreements and how institutions can cope with them.
The first meeting of the 2020 EUA-CDE Thematic Peer Group will take place in spring.
